Stephanie Neftzer became a REALTOR® in 2025 and serves Lake Norman and surrounding areas. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Stephanie spent over ten years as a Sales Director at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) guiding retirees, seniors, and adult children through one of life's most significant transitions, whether that was a beautiful independent living patio home, assisted living, or memory care.

Stephanie is a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), but she brings that same care and attention to every client—whether you're navigating a later-in-life move, searching for your perfect lake home, or taking that first step into homeownership. She listens more than she talks, communicates clearly every step of the way, and genuinely wants to get you where you need to be. Working with Stephanie means having someone in your corner who actually gets it.

Fun Fact

Stephanie was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina while her dad was a marine at Camp Lejeune. She has also lived in Florida, New York, and Ohio. When she's not helping clients find their next home, you'll find her cheering on her pre-teen daughter at softball games or cross country meets, or volunteering with Christian Mission and Feed NC.
